Description

This Strawberry Coconut Tiramisu is a fresh and fruity twist on the classic Italian dessert. Instead of coffee and cocoa, this version features juicy strawberries, creamy mascarpone, and a hint of coconut for a light and refreshing flavor.

  • 120 g fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 200 g mascarpone cheese
  • 200 ml heavy cream (for whipping)
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 100 g ladyfinger biscuits
  • 30 g shredded coconut
  • A little lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1:

In a bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and a splash of lemon juice. Let sit for 10–15 minutes to release juices.

Step 2:

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Step 3:

In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone with powdered sugar until smooth.

Step 4:

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture to create a light, creamy filling.

Step 5:

Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the strawberry juice mixture.

Step 6:

Layer the dessert: start with ladyfingers, then add mascarpone cream, followed by strawberries.

Step 7:

Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream on top.

Step 8:

Sprinkle shredded coconut over the top.

Step 9:

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Do not soak the ladyfingers too long—they should be moist but not soggy. Quick dipping keeps the structure intact.
