Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and lightly sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side for extra flavor.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese until well combined.
Place chicken in baking dish and spread the sour cream mixture evenly over each piece.
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the top is golden and bubbly.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
