- 4 large egg whites
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 3–4 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two round cake pans with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg whites one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in sour cream, milk, vanilla extract, and a few drops of pink food coloring.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
Divide the batter evenly between cake pans and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow cakes to cool fully before frosting.
Beat butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar. Add cream and vanilla extract until fluffy. Tint with pink coloring if desired.
Spread frosting between layers and over the top and sides of the cake. Decorate as desired.
