Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Pan

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.


Step 2: Make the Crust

Combine:

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Melted butter
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon

Mix until evenly moistened.

Press firmly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 10 minutes, then cool slightly.


Step 3: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

Beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add:

  • Sugar
  • Eggs (one at a time)
  • Vanilla
  • Sour cream
  • Lemon juice
  • Lemon zest

Mix until smooth and creamy.

Spread evenly over the cooled crust.


Step 4: Prepare the Peach Topping

In a bowl, toss together:
