Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
For the Ranch Spread:
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For the Parmesan Crust:
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 2:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden (not fully cooked).
Step 3:
Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
Step 4:
In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese until creamy.
Step 5:
Spread the ranch mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.
Step 6:
In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, melted butter, and garlic powder.
Step 7:
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top of the chicken.
Step 8:
Bake for 15–20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and topping is golden.
Step 9:
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
Step 10:
Serve hot and enjoy!
