  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast tenderloins
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Oven

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.


Step 2: Set Up Breading Station

Prepare three bowls:

  • Bowl 1: flour mixed with garlic powder, paprika, and pepper
  • Bowl 2: beaten eggs
  • Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and ranch seasoning mixed together

Step 3: Coat the Chicken

Dip each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then in eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to help coating stick.


Step 4: Arrange on Baking Sheet

Place coated tenders on the baking sheet. Drizzle or brush with olive oil or melted butter for crispiness.


Step 5: Bake

 

Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 75°C).

Notes

Do not overcrowd the pan, as this prevents proper crisping. Always leave space between each tender.
