Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine:

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Melted butter
  • Sugar

Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch tart pan.

Use the bottom of a measuring cup to create an even layer.

Bake for 8–10 minutes.

Remove and allow the crust to cool slightly.


Step 2: Prepare the Lemon Filling

In a large bowl, whisk together:

  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Egg yolks

Mix until smooth and creamy.

Continue whisking until fully incorporated.

Step 3: Fill the Tart Shell
