  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup hot coffee or water

For the Strawberry Cream Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped

For the Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips

For Topping:

 

  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Pink sugar pearls or candy

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cake Batter

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 2: Add Wet Ingredients

Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth, then stir in hot coffee or water to create a thin batter.

Step 3: Bake the Cake

Pour batter into greased pans and bake for 30–35 minutes. Allow cakes to cool completely before assembling.

Step 4: Make Strawberry Cream Filling

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.

Step 5: Assemble the Cake

 

Cut a hollow section in the center of one cake layer. Fill with strawberry cream. Place the second cake layer on top.
