1 lb fresh strawberries, washed and dried completely

8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped or chips

Instructions
Wash strawberries thoroughly and dry them completely with paper towels. Remove stems and cut strawberries in half or into bite-sized pieces. Make sure they are fully dry to help the chocolate adhere properly.
Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth. Alternatively, melt chocolate using a double boiler.
Using a fork or toothpick, dip each strawberry piece into the melted chocolate, coating it fully or halfway, depending on preference. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with desired toppings or drizzle with melted white chocolate for decoration.
Place chocolate-covered strawberry bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
Notes

Strawberries must be completely dry before dipping.
