1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced

1 cup fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)

4 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions
In a blender, combine sliced cucumber and mint leaves with 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth. This creates the vibrant green base of your lemonade.
Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher to remove pulp, leaving you with a clear, flavorful liquid.
Stir in freshly squeezed lemon juice and your choice of sweetener—honey gives a lovely floral note, but sugar works just as well. Mix until fully dissolved.
Add the remaining cold water (or sparkling water if you’re feeling fancy). Stir well.
Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in the lemonade, and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint sprigs. Enjoy immediately!
