Ingredients
-
2 (14 oz) packages lil’ smokies sausages
-
1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice if needed)
-
1 cup brown sugar, packed
-
2 tablespoons pineapple juice (optional, for extra sauce)
-
Optional: toothpicks for serving
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Drain the pineapple chunks well. If you want extra sauce, reserve a few tablespoons of the pineapple juice.
Step 2: Combine in Cooking Vessel
Add lil’ smokies and pineapple chunks to a slow cooker, saucepan, or baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top.

-
Stovetop: Simmer on low heat for 20–25 minutes, stirring gently.

Step 5: Serve Warm
Once the sauce is thick and glossy and sausages are heated through, stir gently and serve warm with toothpicks.
