2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 tablespoons butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

Salt, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)

Optional add-ins: spinach, red onions, bell peppers, ranch dressing
Instructions
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until evenly combined.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. This will be your garlic butter mixture.
Lay out tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a spoonful of garlic butter over each tortilla, then evenly distribute the chicken and cheese mixture in the center.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form wraps. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy, and cheese inside is fully melted.
Notes
Cook wraps over medium heat to ensure cheese melts completely without burning the tortilla. Press gently with a spatula for even browning.
