Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place the chicken in the baking dish in a single layer.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until smooth.
Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each piece of chicken, fully covering the top.
Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the top is golden.
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a slightly crispy top.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan if desired.
