Ingredients
Crust:

β cup light corn syrup

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake 10 minutes. Cool. -
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add brown sugar, then eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and flour. Pour over crust. -
Bake the Cheesecake:
Place in a water bath and bake 55β60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly. Cool 1 hour in the oven, then remove. -
Prepare the Pecan Pie Topping:
Whisk brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt over medium heat until thickened (~10 min). Stir in pecans and cool 5 min. -
