Ingredients

2 cups apple juice (100% juice, no alcohol)

2 cups apple cider (halal, non-alcoholic)

2 packets (0.25 oz each) unflavored gelatin (halal-certified)

1 box (3 oz) cherry or apple-flavored gelatin (halal)

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

½ teaspoon lemon juice

½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

Optional: green or red food coloring (halal)
Instructions
Pour apple juice and apple cider into a large saucepan. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin evenly over the liquid. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
Place the saucepan over low heat. Stir gently until the gelatin dissolves completely. Do not boil.
Add flavored gelatin, sugar, cinnamon powder, and lemon juice. Stir continuously until fully dissolved and smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Add food coloring if desired. Pour mixture into silicone molds, mini cups, or a parchment-lined pan for cutting later.
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until completely firm. Once set, remove from molds or cut into bite-sized drops.
Notes

Use halal-certified gelatin only.

Keep heat low to avoid breaking down gelatin.

Do not boil or candies won’t set properly.

Silicone molds release candies easily.
