Instructions

Combine chopped chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy. -
Whisk eggs and sugar:
In another bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until pale and slightly frothy. -
Combine mixtures:
Pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Gently fold in flour and salt until smooth — don’t overmix. -
Fill and bake:
Divide the batter evenly into ramekins and place on a baking tray. Bake for 12–13 minutes, until edges are firm but centers jiggle slightly.

Unmold and serve:
Let rest for 1 minute, then run a knife around the edges and invert onto dessert plates. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with ice cream or berries.
