For the Chicken Bake:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
For the BBQ Cream Sauce:
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Topping:
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Place the chicken in the baking dish in a single layer.
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and minced garlic until smooth.
Pour the creamy BBQ mixture evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top.
Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
