- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
For the Creamy Mixture:
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley or Italian seasoning
Optional Topping:
- ½ cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, onion powder, parsley, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
If using a crunchy topping, mix crushed crackers or breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the top is golden and bubbly.
Let the dish rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- Use full-fat sour cream for best texture
- Avoid overbaking to keep chicken juicy
