Instructions

Prepare the cheese: Cut mozzarella into bite-sized cubes or sticks and pat dry with paper towels.

Set up the coating station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a third.

Coat each bite: Roll the mozzarella in flour, dip into eggs, and coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mix.

Freeze for firmness (optional): Chill coated bites for 15–20 minutes before frying to prevent cheese leakage.

Fry to perfection: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the bites until golden brown (1–2 minutes per side).
