Instructions
In a medium bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.
Stir in milk, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
Add chia seeds and whisk thoroughly to prevent clumping.
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to ensure even distribution of chia seeds.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until thickened.
Stir well before serving. If too thick, add a splash of milk.
Top with fresh fruit, nuts, or granola.
Serve chilled for best texture and flavor.
