- 2 oz tequila (blanco or reposado)
- 1 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
- 2 oz apple cider (unfiltered preferred)
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz maple syrup or agave (optional)
- Ice
- Cinnamon and sugar (for rimming)
- Apple slice or cinnamon stick (for garnish)
Instructions
- Rim your glass: Mix cinnamon and sugar on a plate. Rub a lime wedge on the rim and dip to coat.
- Fill a shaker with ice, then add tequila, triple sec, apple cider, lime juice, and sweetener.
- Shake well for 15–20 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with apple slice or cinnamon stick.
- Serve immediately and enjoy that fall twist.

- Use mezcal instead of tequila for a smoky vibe.
- Add a dash of cinnamon or allspice to the shaker.
