2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts or thighs in an even layer at the bottom of the crockpot.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning packet evenly over the chicken, making sure all pieces are well coated.
Place the cubed cream cheese on top of the seasoned chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Use two forks to shred the chicken inside the crockpot. Stir well to combine with the melted cream cheese and create a smooth, creamy sauce.
Notes
Do not add extra liquid. The chicken releases natural juices during cooking, which combines with the cream cheese to form the sauce.
